Return Policy

At betterwishes-shop.com, you can return or exchange items for various reasons:

• The product is damaged.
• The item does not fit you (applies to fashion items).
• The product description or images did not match the delivered goods.
• You received the wrong product.
• A part of the product is missing.
• A change of mind, provided the product does not meet the conditions.

To successfully process a return or exchange, the product and packaging must meet the following criteria:

Please note that items cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind if the packaging is opened or damaged.

NOTE: For returns and exchanges, the original packaging must be free from tape, stickers, or other items that could damage it. Otherwise, the package will be considered incomplete and non-refundable.

The product you purchased can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service within this period; we will get back to you promptly. After the 14 days, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange.

Note: For returns or exchanges not caused by our error, the customer bears the shipping costs.

Once the item status has been changed to "Shipped," you can request the exchange or return online. The status will be updated within 24 hours after receiving the product.
