Product inspection upon delivery
After receiving your order, please check the product for defects or shipping errors before use.
If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Requests made after this period cannot be considered.
Returns & Refunds
Refunds will only be credited to the original payment method.
Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 24 hours.
The amount is usually credited to your account within about 7 business days.
Refund period
Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email immediately.
The actual credit to your account may vary depending on the payment provider:
- Credit/Debit cards: 1–15 business days
Expired payment cards
For security reasons, refunds will only be credited to the original payment card.
If your original card has expired, please contact your card issuer (bank/financial institution) to clarify the credit.
Differences in refund amounts
Discrepancies between the amount paid and the amount refunded may be due to:
- Bank or processing fees
- Exchange rate fluctuations between the payment and refund date
- Installment payment fees (if applicable)
- The refund refers to the actual amount paid (not the list price)

Original shipping costs and insurance fees are non-refundable.
